bio

A world citizen, I was born and raised in Finnish Lapland under the Northern Lights.

I have lived and worked in four countries, from global corporations to startups (Ernst & Young, Deutsche Post, Rovio). Together with my co-founders, I lead a London-based edtech start-up Lyfta. I founded my own coaching company Spark Creators in 2020.

My debut book Destination Self/ Määränpäänä minä (Cozy Publishing) comes out autumn 2025 in English and Finnish. A teaching memoir, it describes my personal growth journey to wholeness.

I hold a Ms. Science in Economics (Aalto University) and CEMS Master in International Business, and have studies in psychology and educational science.

I am a corporate mindfulness coach and instructor in martial arts. I am a forever student of life and of various wisdom traditions for 15 years.

My core values — authenticity, integrity, and positive impact — guide everything I do. Nature, beauty and the company of loved ones make my heart expand.

I currently reside in Helsinki and work hybrid/remotely.
